# The Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2024, Article 40: Regulation 10 amended (adjustments of the auction calendar)


(1) Regulation 10 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1)(d) after “Trading Scheme Order” insert “or in the flexible reserve provided for in article 23A of that Order”.
