# The Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2024, Article 45: Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2023 amended


(1) The Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2023 is amended as follows.
(2) In article 3 (extent) for “England and Wales and to Scotland” substitute “the whole of the United Kingdom”.
