# The Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme (Amendment) (No. 3) Order 2022, Article 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) This Order may be cited as the Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme (Amendment) (No. 3) Order 2022.
(2) This Order comes into force as follows—
(a) articles 3 and 5 on 1st January 2023, and
(b) all other provisions, on the day after the day on which the Order is made.
(3) This Order extends to England and Wales, and Scotland.
