# The Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme (Amendment) (No. 3) Order 2022, Article 5: Amendments to Schedule 1


In Schedule 1 (aviation activity), after paragraph 1(1)(b), insert—
“(c) a flight departing from an aerodrome situated in Great Britain and arriving in an aerodrome situated in Switzerland.”.
