# The Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme (Amendment) Order 2025, Article 17: Article 6a amended (approval of changes by UK ETS authority)


(1) Article 6a is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1—
(a) in point (a) for “Article 3a” substitute “Article 3za or 3a”;
(b) in point (b) for “Article 5 or 6” substitute “Article 3za, 5 or 6”.
