# The Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme (Amendment) Order 2025, Article 2: Commencement


(1) Articles 8(2)(b)(i), (5)(c) and (6) and 13 come into force on 1st January 2026.
(2) The rest of this Order comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
