# The Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme (Amendment) Order 2026, Article 9: Article 34S amended (return of allowances: installations)


(1) Article 34S is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1)(b) for “article 34C(1)(b) to (f) or (j)” substitute “article 34C(1)(a) to (f), (j) or (l)”.
