  "heading": "Aircraft operator: change in registered office",
  "text": "(1) Where—\n(a) an aircraft operator (“A”) with a registered office or a place of residence in the area of a regulator, in the course of the 2021-2025 allocation period, changes the address of its registered office or place of residence to the area of a different regulator (“R”); and\n(b) A’s registered office or place of residence is in the area of R at the end of the 2021-2025 allocation period,\nR is the regulator of A from the beginning of the 2026-2030 allocation period.\n(2) Where—\n(a) an aircraft operator (“B”) which did not have a registered office or a place of residence in the United Kingdom at the beginning of the 2021-2025 allocation period acquires a registered office or a place of residence in the United Kingdom in the course of that period; and\n(b) at the end of the 2021-2025 allocation period that registered office or place of residence is in the area of a regulator (“S”) who is not the regulator of B in that allocation period,\nS is the regulator of B from the beginning of the 2026-2030 allocation period.\n(3) In this article “area” has the same meaning as in article 12.",
