# The Heavy Commercial Vehicles in Kent (No. 1) (Amendment) Order 2021, Article 1: Citation, commencement and extent


This Order—
(a) may be cited as the Heavy Commercial Vehicles in Kent (No. 1) (Amendment) Order 2021;
(b) comes into force on 31st October 2021; and
(c) extends to England and Wales and Scotland, except for article 2 which extends to England and Wales only.
