  "text": "Draft Regulations laid before the House of Commons under section 4(2) of the Savings Government Contributions) Act 2017, for approval by resolution of that House.\nSavings Accounts\nMade ***\nComing into force in accordance with Regulation 1.\nThe Treasury make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4(6), 6(3) and 6(4) of and paragraphs 3(3), (6)(a) and (7), 4(2), 5, 6, 7, 10(1)(b), (3) and (4), 11(2) and (3), 12, 14, 15, 16 and 18 of Schedule 2 to, the Savings (Government Contributions) Act 2017.\nA draft of this instrument was laid before, and approved by a resolution of, the House of Commons in accordance with section 4(2) of the Savings (Government Contributions) Act 2017.",
