# The Higher Education (Basic Amount) (England) Regulations 2010, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and application


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Higher Education (Basic Amount) (England) Regulations 2010.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 1st September 2012 immediately after the coming into force of the Higher Education (Higher Amount) (England) Regulations 2010.
(3) These Regulations apply in relation to England.
