# The Higher Education (Basic Amount) (England) Regulations 2010, Regulation 6: Amendment to the Student Fees (Amounts) (England) Regulations 2004


(1) The Student Fees (Amounts) (England) Regulations 2004 are amended as follows—
(2) In regulation 6 before “higher amounts” insert “basic and”.
