# The Historic Environment Scotland Act 2014 (Ancillary Provision) Order 2015, Article 4: Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003


In section 29(2) of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003 (powers to protect natural and cultural heritage etc.) for “The Scottish Ministers” substitute “Historic Environment Scotland”.
