# The Homelessness (Decisions on Referrals) Order 1998, Article 2: Arrangements for deciding whether conditions for referral are satisfied


The arrangements set out in the Schedule to this Order are those agreed by the Local Government Association, the Welsh Local Government Association, the Association of London Government and the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities, and shall be the arrangements for the purposes of section 198(5) and (6)(a) of the Housing Act 1996.
