# The Horticultural Development Council (Amendment) Order 2003, Article 1: Title and commencement


(1) This Order may be cited as the Horticultural Development Council (Amendment) Order 2003, and shall come into force on 1st April 2003.
(2) In this Order “the principal Order” means the Horticultural Development Council Order 1986.
