Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1
The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 166A(7) of the Housing Act 1996f1.
In accordance with section 172(2)f2 of the Housing Act 1996 a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
