# The Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 (Consequential Provisions) Order 2010, Article 1: Citation and commencement


(1) This Order may be cited as the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 (Consequential Provisions) Order 2010.
(2) This Order comes into force on 1st April 2010.
