# The Housing (Northern Ireland) Order 2003, Article 121: Transfer of duty to keep register of rents


(1) The functions of the Department in relation to the preparation and keeping of a register of rents under Article 25 of the Rent (Northern Ireland) Order 1978 (NI 20) are hereby transferred to the Executive.
(2) The statutory provisions mentioned in Schedule 1 have effect with the amendments specified there.
