# The Housing (Northern Ireland) Order 2003, Article 135: Definition of “homelessness”


In Article 3 of the Order of 1988 (homelessness and threatened homelessness), in paragraph (1) for the words “in Northern Ireland” there shall be substituted “available for his occupation in the United Kingdom or elsewhere”.
