  "text": "In Schedule 2 to the Commissioner for Complaints (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 (NI 7) (bodies subject to investigation), at the appropriate place in alphabetical order, there shall be inserted the following entry—\n“A registered housing association within the meaning of Article 3(2) of the Housing (Northern Ireland) Order 1992.”.",
