  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order fixes for the year 2007–2008 the aggregate amount of the housing support grants payable under section 191 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1987 (article 2). The Schedule provides the method of calculation of grants payable to a local authority. Shetland Islands Council is the only local authority to receive the grants for 2007–2008.",
