  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order fixes for the year 2012‑2013 the aggregate amount of the housing support grants payable under section 191 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1987 (article 2).\nArticle 3 provides that the proportion of the aggregate amount payable to Shetland Islands Council is all of the aggregate amount. The method by which that proportion is determined is set out in the Schedule to the Order.",
