  "text": "Draft Order in Council laid before Parliament under section 1(4) of the Hovercraft Act 1968, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament\nHOVERCRAFT\nMade 1998\nComing into force 1998\nAt the Court at , the day of 1998\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nWhereas a draft of this Order has been laid before Parliament and has been approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament in accordance with section 1(4) of the Hovercraft Act 1968:\nNow, therefore, Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 1(1)(h) and (3)(g) of the Hovercraft Act 1968, and of all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
