# The Hovercraft (Application of Enactments) (Amendment) Order 2025, Article 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) This Order may be cited as the Hovercraft (Application of Enactments) (Amendment) Order 2025.
(2) This Order comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
(3) This Order extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
