# The Human Fertilisation and Embryology (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 15: Amendment of regulation 2(14)


In section 42A as inserted by regulation 2(14), at the end insert—
“(6) The Secretary of State may only make regulations under this section in relation to Great Britain.”.
