Regulation 18 Substitution of regulation 2(19)

For regulation 2(19) substitute—

In Schedule 3B (inspection, entry, search and seizure)—

(a)

in paragraph 1A—

(i)

in sub-paragraph (1), in the words before paragraph (a), after “This paragraph applies” insert “in relation to Northern Ireland”;

(ii)

in sub-paragraph (1)(b) omit “other than the United Kingdom or in Gibraltar”;

(iii)

in sub-paragraph (1)(c) omit “or in Gibraltar”;

(b)

in paragraph 4A—

(i)

in sub-paragraph (1), in the words before paragraph (a), after “This paragraph applies” insert “in relation to Northern Ireland”;

(ii)

(iii)
