# The Human Fertilisation and Embryology (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 5: Amendment of regulation 2(4)


In regulation 2(4), in the new subsection (1A) inserted by that provision into section 2 of the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act 1990, after “subsection (1),” insert “as it applies in relation to Great Britain,”.
