Regulation 7 Amendment of regulation 45A (brokering in medicinal products)
In regulation 45A(1A)f1—
(a)
in sub-paragraph (b)(i), omit “or a competent authority of a member State”; and
(b)
in sub-paragraph (b)(ii), omit “except where the person is validly registered with the competent authority of an EEA state,”.
