# The Human Medicines (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 120: Amendment of regulation 136 (revocation by licensing authority: further provisions)


(1) Regulation 136 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1)(a), for “list referred to in article 16f(1) of the 2001 Directive” substitute “relevant list”.
(3) Omit paragraph (3).
