# The Human Medicines (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 133: Amendment of regulation 159 (provisional determination)


In regulation 159(1)—
(a) insert “UK” before “marketing authorisation”; and
(b) for “, certificate of registration or Article 126a authorisation” substitute “or certificate of registration”.
