# The Human Medicines (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 140: Amendment of regulation 180 (obligation on licensing authority to audit pharmacovigilance system)


(1) Regulation 180 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1), omit “and report the results of that audit to the European Commission”.
(3) In paragraph (2)—
(a) omit “results of the”; and
(b) for “reported to the European Commission” substitute “performed”.
