# The Human Medicines (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 147: Amendment of regulation 187 (recording obligations on holders)


(1) Regulation 187 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1), for “in the EEA or in third countries” substitute “in the United Kingdom or another country”.
(3) In paragraph (4), for “EEA” substitute “United Kingdom”.
