# The Human Medicines (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 170: Amendment of regulation 206 (infringement notices)


(1) Regulation 206 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1)—
(a) omit “relevant”; and
(b) after “provision” insert “of this Part or Schedule 12A (“relevant provision”).
(3) Omit paragraphs (3) and (4).
