# The Human Medicines (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 226: Amendment of regulation 345 (immunity from civil liability)


In regulation 345(5)—
(a) insert “UK” before “marketing authorisation”;
(b) insert “or” after “certificate of registration”; and
(c) omit “or Article 126a authorisation”.
