# The Human Medicines (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 227: Amendment of regulation 346 (Secretary of State to carry out a review of certain provisions)


In regulation 346—
(a) in sub-paragraph (c), omit paragraphs (iia), (iiia), (iva), (xixa), (xxviiii) and (xxviiij); and
(b) in sub-paragraph (d), omit paragraphs (ia) and (ivab).
