# The Human Medicines (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 24: Amendment of regulation 31 (certification of manufacturer’s licence)


(1) Regulation 31 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1)(c), for “an EEA State” substitute “the United Kingdom”.
(3) In paragraphs (3)(b), (5)(a) and (5)(b) insert “UK” before “marketing authorisation”.
