# The Human Medicines (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 31: Amendment of regulation 42 (conditions for wholesale dealer’s licence)


(1) Regulation 42 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1), for “45” substitute “45AA”.
(3) Omit paragraphs (4) and (5).
