  "text": "(1) Regulation 44 is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph (2)—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (b), for “another EEA State” substitute “an approved country for import”; and\n(b) in sub-paragraph (c), for “from a third country (“A”) for export to a third country (“B”)”, substitute “from a country that is not an approved country for import (“A”), for export to a country that is not an approved country for import (“B”)”.\n(3) In paragraph (5)(b), for “competent authority of another EEA State” substitute “appropriate authority of an approved country for import that is responsible for”.\n(4) In paragraph (5)(e)—\n(a) for “third countries” substitute “countries other than approved countries for import”; and\n(b) for “third country concerned” substitute “country to which the product is supplied”.\n(5) In paragraph (6)—\n(a) insert “and” at the end of sub-paragraph (c); and\n(b) omit sub-paragraph (e) (and “and” immediately preceding it).",
