# The Human Medicines (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 55: Amendment of Schedule 10 (national homoeopathic products)


In paragraph 4(4)(a) of Schedule 10 (exceptions to requirement to submit safety data) insert “UK” before “marketing authorisation”.
