# The Human Medicines (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 82: Amendment of regulation 73 (obligation to notify placing on the market etc)


(1) Regulation 73 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (5A)(c), for “third country” substitute “country other than the United Kingdom”.
(3) Omit paragraph (5C).
