# The Human Medicines (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 83: Amendment of regulation 75 (obligation to provide information relating to safety etc)


In regulation 75(5)—
(a) for sub-paragraph (a) substitute—
“(a) in a country other than the United Kingdom;” and
(b) in sub-paragraph (b), insert “UK” before “marketing authorisation”.
