# The Human Medicines (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 92: Amendment of regulation 95 (offences in connection with application)


(1) Regulation 95 is amended as follows.
(2) In the introductory words, insert “UK” before “marketing authorisation”.
(3) Omit sub-paragraphs (c) and (d).
