Regulation 93 Amendment of regulation 96 (provision of misleading information)

Regulation 96^f1 is amended as follows.

In paragraph (1)—

(a)

insert “UK” before “marketing authorisation”; and

(b)

omit sub-paragraphs (b) and (c).

(3)

In paragraph (2), for “these Regulations; or” to the end substitute “these Regulations.”.
