# The Human Medicines (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 96: Amendment of regulation 99 (penalties)


(1) Regulation 99 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1), omit “other than a breach of regulation 79 (failure to provide information on marketing authorisation to EMA)”.
(3) Omit paragraph (2).
