# The Human Medicines (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 97: Amendment of regulation 101 (defences)


(1) Regulation 101 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1), insert “UK” before “marketing authorisation”.
(3) In paragraph (3), for “any of regulations 88 to 93,” substitute “either of regulations”.
