Paragraph 11 Amendment of the National Health Service (Pharmaceutical and Local Pharmaceutical Services) Regulations 2013

The National Health Service (Pharmaceutical and Local Pharmaceutical Services) Regulations 2013^f1 are amended as follows.

In paragraph 8(10) of Schedule 4 (terms of service of NHS pharmacists: providing ordered drugs or appliances), insert “UK” before “marketing authorisation” in both places it appears.

In paragraph 6(8) of Schedule 7 (mandatory terms for LPS schemes: providing ordered drugs or appliances), insert “UK” before “marketing authorisation” in both places it appears.
