# The Human Medicines (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 12: Amendment of the Genetically Modified Organisms (Contained Use) Regulations 2014


In regulation 3(2)(b) of the Genetically Modified Organisms (Contained Use) Regulations 2014 (application), at the end insert—
“; or
(iv) a medicinal product for human use marketed in accordance with the Human Medicines Regulations 2012;”.
