Paragraph 13 Amendment of the Nicotine Inhaling Products (Age of Sale and Proxy Purchasing) Regulations 2015

The Nicotine Inhaling Products (Age of Sale and Proxy Purchasing) Regulations 2015f1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 1(4) (citation, commencement and interpretation), insert “UK” before “marketing authorisation”.
(3)
In regulation 5(2)(c)(i) (exception for medicines indicated for the treatment of persons under 18), insert “UK” before “marketing authorisation”.
