# The Human Medicines (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 4: Amendment of the Prescription Only Medicines (Human Use) Order 1997


In article 5(1) of the Prescription Only Medicines (Human Use) Order 1997 (exempt medicinal products), insert “UK” before “marketing authorisation”.
