# The Human Medicines (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 7: Amendment of the Unlicensed Medicinal Products for Human Use (Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathies) (Safety) Regulations 2003


In regulation 1(2) of the Unlicensed Medicinal Products for Human Use (Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathies) (Safety) Regulations 2003 (citation, commencement and interpretation), in the definition of “unlicensed product”—
(a) in paragraph (a) for “marketing authorization” substitute “UK marketing authorisation”; and
(b) omit paragraphs (a)(ii) and (d).
